When you work with me, nutrition becomes less about rules and more about understanding what your body actually needs. We start by getting to know you — your goals, routines, the foods you enjoy, and the challenges you’re navigating right now.
From there, we build a flexible approach that evolves as your life does. Some weeks are calm, others are busy or unpredictable, and your nutrition should be able to adapt without added stress. Along the way, I focus on education that helps you feel confident making food choices on your own — no tracking obsession, no food shaming, just steady, supportive guidance you can trust.

All of the Nutritional coaching plans include a custom 7 day meal plan designed specifically for you, complete with nourishing, easy-to-follow recipes that make healthy eating simple and enjoyable. Each plan is tailored to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle — no generic templates or rigid rules.
